Practice Areas
I represent clients on every common U.S. immigration matter. Because immigration law is federal, I handle cases nationwide — wherever in the United States your USCIS office or immigration court is located, and at U.S. consulates abroad. Consultations available in English, Spanish, and Russian.
Removal (Deportation) Defense
For people who have received a Notice to Appear (NTA), have a hearing scheduled in immigration court, or have an outstanding removal order. I represent clients in non-detained removal proceedings, before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
