Attorney Advertising Notice
This website is attorney advertising. The information presented is provided by the AIM Immigration Law Firm and is not intended as a guarantee of any particular outcome. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome in your case.
Informational Purposes Only — Not Legal Advice
The information on this website is for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice or a legal opinion, and it may not reflect the most current legal developments. U.S. immigration law changes frequently. You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of information on this Site without seeking the advice of an attorney licensed in the relevant jurisdiction about your specific situation.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Contacting the AIM Immigration Law Firm by telephone, text, WhatsApp, email, contact form, or other means — or transmitting information to us — does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only through a signed written engagement letter. Until that relationship is formed, please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information you would not be comfortable being treated as a general inquiry.
Jurisdiction and Bar Admission
Attorney Anna Ignatenko McLean is admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association. Federal U.S. immigration law is governed by federal statutes, regulations, and the decisions of federal agencies and courts; admission to any U.S. state bar permits an attorney to practice U.S. immigration law nationwide and to advise clients abroad. Attorney McLean is also admitted to practice before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Nothing on this Site should be construed as advice on the laws of any state, country, or jurisdiction other than U.S. federal immigration law.
Results Disclaimer
Past results do not guarantee similar outcomes in future cases. Every immigration case is different and must be evaluated on its own merits. The outcome of any case depends on facts that are specific to that case, current U.S. immigration law and policy at the time, and the discretion of the adjudicators involved.
