Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to aimimmigration.com (the "Site") and to the software AIM Immigration Law Firm ("the firm," "we," or "us") uses to run its practice. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Using the Site

The Site offers general information about U.S. immigration law and about the firm. It is not legal advice. Using the Site, or sending us a message through it, does not create an attorney-client relationship (see our Legal Disclaimer). We may change or remove anything on the Site at any time. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements; we are not responsible for those sites.

The Firm's Staff Software

The firm uses its own software, at crm.aimimmigration.com, for its staff to manage the firm's clients, cases, messages, and billing. Only people the firm authorizes may use it. No license to use it is granted to anyone else, and no one may copy it, reverse engineer it, or try to gain access to it or to the information in it.

The software connects to accounts the firm holds with other services, such as the firm's QuickBooks Online company, which it only reads and never changes. Information the firm receives from those services is used only to run the firm's practice and is never sold. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and our Text Messaging Terms cover texts from the firm.

No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the Site is accurate, complete, or current, or that it will always be available.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the firm is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on its content. This does not limit any duty the firm owes its clients under a signed engagement letter or the rules of professional conduct.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
