What to Expect in Your Consultation
During our 30 minutes together, I will:
Review your immigration situation in detail
Explain every benefit and option realistically available to you
Answer your questions about your case
Identify the documents you need to gather
Provide a flat-fee quote and action plan if I am the right attorney for your case
What to Have Ready Before the Consultation
Your A-number (9-digit number starting with A) if you have one
Your country of birth and country of citizenship
A summary of all your prior immigration filings (and copies if you have them)
Any USCIS or court notices you have received
Information about your family members in the U.S. and their immigration status
A summary of any U.S. arrests or convictions, including the disposition
If you are applying through family or employment: information about your sponsor
How Much Does an Immigration Case Cost?
I quote a flat fee for almost every case, based on complexity and the work involved. The flat fee is determined during our initial consultation. Payment plans are available in most cases.
Getting to the Office
Address: 500 Sutter Street, Suite 823, San Francisco, CA 94102 — between Powell and Mason, two blocks from Union Square.
BART: Powell Street Station, 5-minute walk.
MUNI: Multiple bus lines stop within one block; Powell-Mason and Powell-Hyde cable cars also nearby.
Parking: Sutter-Stockton Garage (444 Stockton St.) and Union Square Garage (333 Post St.) are the closest paid garages. Street parking is metered and limited.
Accessibility: Building is wheelchair accessible.
