Text Messaging Terms
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to text messages (SMS) from AIM Immigration Law Firm.
Program. AIM Immigration Law Firm client and prospective-client text messages.
What you receive. Updates on your case and replies to your texts; consultation and appointment confirmations and reminders; reminders about document and filing deadlines; payment and invoice reminders; and occasional notices to all clients (for example, an office closure). We do not send marketing messages.
How to join. Check the text-message consent box on our website, agree in our intake or engagement paperwork, or text us first. Agreeing is not required to contact or hire us.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts.
To stop. Reply STOP to any text at any time. You will get one confirmation text and then no more texts.
Help. Reply HELP to any text, call (415) 212-9009, or email contact@aimimmigration.com.
Not secure, not legal advice. Texts are not a secure channel and are not a substitute for a consultation. Please do not text sensitive details such as your A-number, passport number, or the facts of your case. Sending a text does not create an attorney-client relationship; that happens only through a signed engagement letter (see our Legal Disclaimer).
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
